Compression test showed all cylinders right at 175psi, good spark on all.
All pumps working, ballast fills and drains the tanks, motor starts and runs great, oil level is good, upholstery has slight wear but overall good condition, boat appears mechanically sound, and the trailer checked out all good.

issues: radio works, everything turns on, 1 amp is working, the other is not (needs replacing). no sound coming out of 2 of the tower speakers.
